The aim is to give the couple living here a dynamic garden rich in details.
When we were asked to maintain this private garden in Malmö, we were asked to care for loads of perfectly maintained hedges and topiary, mainly evergreens. That soon changed to become the development of a more dynamic garden.
The evergreens were beautiful but static, and in order to be able to fit in more colour and dynamics, we removed some of the evergreens and added perennials, bulbs and lignoses. A rock garden was made in the most sunny and dry position.
The garden has changed from a static backdrop, being looked at from inside the house, to an interactive space, where the couple every day goes out to discover new details.
We continue to maintain and develop their garden. The couple is very trusting and nowadays we have free hands to do our best for their garden.
